1. Digital Products Policy

All products sold on SoftweShop are digitally delivered via email and are non-returnable once the license key has been sent and/or activated.

2. No Refunds After Activation

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Activated or redeemed license keys

  • Products purchased for incompatible devices or systems

  • Change of mind or accidental purchases

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following exceptional cases:

  • You received an incorrect or duplicate key

  • The license key is invalid or not working, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours

  • The product was not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment

4. Replacements & Support

If you experience an issue:

  • We offer free installation and activation support via email

  • In case of faulty or unresponsive keys, we will attempt a replacement first before offering a refund

6. Unauthorized Use

Refunds will not be provided for issues resulting from:

  • Sharing your activation key with others

  • Downloading from unofficial sources

  • Attempting to activate on unsupported devices or operating systems

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions are at the discretion of SoftweShop after verifying the issue. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the outlined criteria.
